Apr 14th 2023I can’t begin to thank you for the wonderful care you gave me. I am doing well, in fact, Jim says I have better balance now than I had BEFORE I broke my pelvic bone. We went to Illinois the second week in March to see my brother and I didn’t use my cane or walker the whole time I was there. Hopefully, I can keep up the good work, you gave me the confidence and skills to do.

Maddie grew up and currently resides in Arlington, NE. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Nebraska Lincoln, where she majored in a Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training. Maddie then went on to pursue a Masters in Health, Physical Education and Recreation at the University of Nebraska Omaha.
Maddie then pursued her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy at Creighton University and graduated in 2022. She has a special desire to treat pediatrics, but sees a wide range of patients.

When entering the clinic for my first visit, I was unable to raise my arm high enough to take my coat off and on by myself. It was a huge accomplishment to complete that task independently by the 4th or 5th visit, continued to improve, and was eventually able to graduate wearing my NOPT t-shirt that I pulled on over my head with no assistance.

My therapist was very tolerant of my nervousness to try new things, and explained how each exercise would help me. By my last session, I was able to walk up and down stairs by myself and didn’t lose my balance once!

She went on to obtain her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She finished her schooling in May of 2017. Prior to joining our team, she did her last clinical rotation with us.

A native of Seward, Nebraska, Chris graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1994 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Natural Sciences. Chris played offensive line for the Huskers for two years before a career ending knee injury. Chris then graduated from Creighton University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2003.
Chris lives in Fremont with his dog Timber. Chris enjoys spending time outdoors, bowhunting and traveling throughout the west.
